• Future course updates, when included with the purchased product

• Bonus content

All products are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our products, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

The price charged will always be the price displayed at the time your order is completed.

6. Payment

If a payment is declined, reversed, refunded, or disputed through a chargeback, YAVANNI LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the purchased content.

Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own educational purposes.

You may NOT:

• Share your account with others

• Upload the course to any website

• Sell or redistribute any course materials

• Copy or reproduce course content for commercial purposes

• Create competing products using our copyrighted materials

• Remove copyright notices from any materials

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action where permitted by law.

8.2 Student Artwork

Students retain full ownership of the original artwork they create using the knowledge and techniques taught in our courses. However, the instructional content, demonstrations, videos, images, text, downloadable materials, and course structure remain the exclusive intellectual property of YAVANNI LLC, and may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or used beyond the license granted under these Terms & Conditions.

9. Refund Policy

YAVANNI LLC proudly offers a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible digital products.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date by contacting us at everahartcourse@gmail.com.

If your refund request is submitted within the 7-day refund period, you will receive a full refund. No explanation or justification is required.

Refund requests submitted after the 7-day refund period has expired are generally not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

If a refund is issued, YAVANNI LLC reserves the right to revoke access to the refunded digital product or service.
